Robert Edwards is the Director of C&N Audit Services located in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane offers a full range of Audit Services and assist clients across Australia with a variety of Audit and Assurance needs.

Robert Edwards has over three decades of public accounting experience including commercial experience, both locally and internationally, since he graduated from Queensland University with a BCom Accounting, back in 1979.

Robert is very knowledgeable and well versed in auditing requirements for various entities; he also has a background in business accounting and advisory services.

By nature, Robert has a keen eye for detail, is very precise and methodical in his approach – traits that suitably complements his chosen field of expertise.

Robert Edwards has extensive experience and holds a number of qualifications and memberships including:

  • Registered Company Auditor (6246)
  • Registered Greenhouse & Energy Auditor (Cat 2)
  • Registered SMSF Auditor (100175433)
  • Registered Tax Agent (68848000)

In addition, Robert is a Fellow and Accredited Quality Assurance Reviewer at both the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand ( CAANZ) and CPA Australia Ltd. In 2006, Mr Edwards was commissioned by CAANZ to author the CA’s Quality Control Guide. As of 2011, Robert had become a Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditor for the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency. Robert Edwards is a Director of C&N Audit Services and leads a team of exceptionally gifted professionals specialising in Independent Audit and Assurance.

Angela has attained a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance in Ireland and Masters of Business majoring in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology. Angela is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Ireland and a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand. Angela has over 10 years’ audit experience in both internal and external auditing.

Angela’s Australian audit experience includes Unlisted Public Companies, Large Proprietary Companies, Not for Profit entities, Trust Accounts and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.

Peyman completed his Masters of Professional Accounting (MPA) from James Cook University Brisbane in 2009 and then joined Edwards Collins Group (now C&N Audit Services) as an Auditor.

Peyman has been a member of CPA Australia since 2015 and has over 7 years’ experience in external auditing which include Large Proprietary Companies, AFSL, Not for Profit Entities, Public Schools, Trust Accounts and Self-Managed Superfunds.

Connor Hindom is an Auditor with C&N Audit Services, Brisbane. C&N Audit Services are a specialist team of independent Audit professionals in Australia.

Connor is a recent graduate of the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in finance and accounting. Connor has three years audit experience under C & N Audit Services, undertaking audit work on a variety of not-for-profits, trust accounts, and greenhouse and energy audits with Robert.

Andrew Price is an Auditor for C&N Auditor Services, Brisbane Australia offering a full range of Audit Services and assist clients across Australia with a variety of Audit and Assurance needs.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and MBA. He started working at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co in Brisbane (now KPMG) at the same time as Robert where they successfully completed the Professional Year to become Chartered Accountants.

He then moved to Arthur Andersen Tax Consulting area and then to the Sydney Investment banking industry. He worked at Macquarie Bank in their Corporate Finance team before joining Nomura International to work in Capital Markets in Sydney, London and Singapore.

Andrew lived in South East Asia for 20 years before moving his family back to Brisbane in 2014.  Since then, he has been working with CNAS , auditing NFP Financial Statements, real estate agency trust accounts and self-managed superannuation funds.
